Thank you for stopping by my website! I am a comedian, father of three, and manage the Sacramento Comedy Spot, a comedy club I founded in 2005. Almost 15 years later the Comedy Spot features improv, stand-up, and sketch comedy shows six nights a week, and is Northern California’s largest comedy school. I still teach improv and sketch classes and perform in shows like The Friday Show, Anti-Cooperation League and YOU! The Musical.
The Comedy Spot is operated by the Sacramento Comedy Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading laughter and supporting our community. The Foundation is more than just a comedy club, we raise money for local nonprofits, we have a kids improv program- The Improv Kids, we offer diversity scholarships, produce comedy events like Femme Fest and Sacramento Comedy Festival and support local comedians by giving them a place to learn, perform, and thrive.
I love my life. I’ve worked hard to get the Comedy Spot established and I work with some of the most talented people on earth. But, I’ve put some of my personal goals on hold.
On December 18, 2018 I started a 2979 day mission to achieve 10 life changing goals- the same amount of time it took NASA to land humans to the moon. (By the way, I’m also a huge space fan.) I update the world on my progress every week by posting a new YouTube Video.
Some of my goals include writing and selling screenplays, buying a home, living healthy, seeing a rocket launch, doing something worthy being invited on Fresh Air to be interviewed by Terry Gross. And I want to buy a nice suit. Some goals are easier than others.
Watch this video to see all of my goals and get to know me! Follow me on my journey. Succeed or fail, let’s do big things!
Every once in a while, I get to interview celebrities about their upcoming movies. I’ve had the opportunity talk with a ton of actors, including Hugh Jackman, Bradley Cooper, Simon Pegg, Peter Dinklage, Michael Fassbender, Nick Frost, James McAvoy, Bill Hader, Tom Hardy, Kristen Wigg, Jason Bateman, Patrick Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, Ed Helms, Christina Applegate, and Kristen Stewart.
